Unit Clerk/Care Team Technician

Aiken Regional Medical Centers is seeking a skilled Unit Clerk/Care Team Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services in our medical unit.
Responsibilities- Collect and record patient data accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any variances to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient care activities, including vital sign monitoring, blood glucose testing, and fall prevention.
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including data entry and supply management.
- Participate in shift report and handovers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient data and care activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Report any concerns or issues to the Clinical Supervisor or Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
- Current CNA certification preferred.
- Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology.
