Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at the Ballpark at St. George. As a key member of our Legends International team, you will be responsible for managing the culinary operations, including kitchens, concession locations, suites, and catering events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of food outlet kitchens, concession stands, and suites
- Implement and enforce departmental and organizational policies and procedures
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a culinary team
- Plan innovative menus, maintain financial responsibility, and analyze menu and food costs
- Oversee inventory management, sanitation standards, and vendor relationships
- Direct interaction with high-level clients and ensure budgetary, food quality, and customer service expectations are achieved
Requirements:
- Minimum three (3) years as a Sous or Head Chef in the high-volume food industry
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a culinary lead in a high-volume full-service food operation
- Proven track record in improving kitchen efficiencies, quality, food, and labor costs
- Must have a degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation
- Excellent managerial, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills/customer service
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly
