Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and adjacent areas.
- Develop creative menus that cater to guest needs and preferences.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Monitor food deliveries and inventory levels.
- Manage labor costs, schedules, and productivity.
- Hire, coach, and discipline direct reports.
- Foster positive relationships with guests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Act as Manager on Duty as required.
