Front Office Manager

At Franklin Embassy Suites, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise front desk staff to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Monitor and control front office expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a front office or management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing front desk operations and staff.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
