Corporate Director of Human Resources

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that support our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our company's vision and values.
  • Lead and manage the Corporate HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the strategy, design, and implementation of our comprehensive total rewards program.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, exit interviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Labor Relations leaders to support HR strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of senior HR experience in a medium-large manufacturing environment.
  • Experience overseeing Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Corporate HR.
  • Ability to create systems for efficiencies.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in leadership.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
