Join Our Team as a Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check-in and register guests, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities, services, and local area, providing recommendations and assistance to guests as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Be familiar with emergency procedures and policies, taking necessary actions to ensure guest safety and well-being.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year guest service experience and/or training.
  • Previous experience in a 4 to 5 star hotel preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and minimum support.
