Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Assist guests with check-out, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information, including amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Utilize up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, maximizing room occupancy and revenue.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and services.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
