Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Westin Portland Harborview. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process room reservations and modifications, and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel operations
