Job Summary

Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Represent the firm in a highly professional manner, handling client inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our attorneys and staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Event Planning: Partner with our events team to plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring that all details are meticulously executed.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring that all vendors meet our high standards.
  • Office Operations: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all areas of the office are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our administrative team to ensure that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree required.
  • Experience: Two or more years of reception or office administration experience in a professional services organization, preferably in a law firm.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
