Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, showing empathy, and effectively resolving service challenges.
  • Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist them in locating products as necessary.
  • Accurately perform cashier responsibilities, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions in accordance with company protocols.
  • Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, managing vendor check-ins, updating pricing, and executing inventory tasks as directed.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Provide assistance across all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational while staying updated on services and tools.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff when needed, including taking on regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain upright for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs, frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs, and minimal force required for regular tasks.
  • Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer screens and inspecting small details.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is advantageous.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
