Job Summary

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving property performance and operational excellence. This position is based in Madison, WI. You will utilize strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, assist them in identifying storage needs, and provide real-time, cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Perform grassroots marketing in the local area and attend community events
* Conduct day-to-day light maintenance and repair of the facility, including routine inspections adhering to audit standards
* Create excellence in Customer Experience, with a customer-centric mindset
* Promote and drive awareness of the FreeUp Storage brand
* Maintain accurate digital records

Key Results:

* Achieve a 60% lead and reservation to move-in conversion ratio
* Maintain 92% or higher unit occupancy and continue to grow revenue month-over-month
* Maintain 4% or less monthly delinquency

Benefits:

This is a full-time opportunity offering $18-$19 per hour. Schedule hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm, and Saturdays, 9am-3pm. An hourly position with bonus potential. Health, dental, and vision benefits. PTO. Uniform stipend and a great company culture."
