Multi-Site Property Manager

BMOC Inc is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in Madison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the success of our properties, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, including rent collection, security deposits, and property maintenance
- Work closely with marketing to develop effective content and ensure accurate property listings
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Oversee capital improvement projects, inspect properties regularly, and ensure a high-quality experience for residents
- Prepare financial reports, including variance reports and weekly leasing reports
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Proven experience in property management, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and residential management software
- Relevant certifications, such as A.R.M.(R), NALP, or CPM
