Job Description

Overview of the Position:

The Pricing and Analytics Specialist is a key member of the HEICO Corporation team, responsible for executing the Pricing strategy for our Distribution and PMA (Parts Manufacturing Authority) businesses. This position is the champion of price as a key profit-driver for the company, driving revenue and margin optimization across multiple markets, including Airlines, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul), and OEMs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis of transaction-level data, synthesizing findings into relevant trends and correlations, and assisting in the construction and implementation of solutions that drive revenue and margin optimization.
  • Actively participate in ad-hoc and strategic customer pricing strategies and tactics for applicable aviation market segments regarding current and new product offerings.
  • Champion quantification and impact analysis of existing or proposed pricing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement new pricing initiatives.
  • Facilitate Order Management System (OMS) process to ensure quality and comprehensive bid execution, collaborating with relevant stakeholders identified in each process.
  • Act as a broad-spectrum analytic consultant for all departments under Wencor Group Product Management scope.
  • Participate in design, build, and deployment of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. Ensure data integrity of Wencor BI and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tools; create and enforce policies for effective data management.
  • Participate in new product launches as it relates to Product Information Management (PIM) management and launch pricing.
  • Assist with reports and data extraction when needed; analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns and present information using data visualization techniques.
  • Formulate management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data; extend company data with third-party sources of information when needed.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies with an excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong math skills (e.g., statistics, algebra) and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Requirements

Education / Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with an MBA degree preferred; three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
