Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pricing management for projects across designated Sales regions, utilizing COMPAS GO and related tools.
  • Ensure timely responses to quotes by managing the MAP Queue effectively.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to establish target pricing for various projects.
  • Support business unit profitability by carefully managing project pricing margins.
  • Adhere to pricing and margin protocols as outlined by MAP team leadership.
  • Engage with third-party suppliers to obtain cost information and set selling prices for purchased products, such as transformers.
  • Collaborate with MAP team colleagues to maintain consistent practices and enhance responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with the Standard Products Pricing team for streamlined operations.
  • Partner with COMPAS support to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Uphold and enforce the policies and procedures of Compunnel Inc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in COMPAS GO, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical distribution equipment, particularly panelboards, switchboards, and busway.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to balance competitiveness and profitability in pricing strategies.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Moderate understanding of low voltage distribution apparatus, systems, and terminology.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Above-average mathematical skills are essential due to the financial aspects of the role.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or financial field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the electrical distribution sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment with shared objectives.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
