About the Role

Aristotle Capital Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Regional Director of Wealth Management to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead our wealth management efforts in the mountain states region, including CO, UT, NM, WY, ID, and MT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a territory sales and service strategy to increase sales of Aristotle's investment strategies.
  • Manage a multi-state territory, maintaining a high level of client service while growing territory assets.
  • Discuss multiple investment solutions across different asset classes with clients.
  • Travel as needed to effectively raise assets.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant financial-services industry work experience.
  • Prior experience as an internal and external sales professional.
  • Solid, consistent, and progressive work history.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and strong academic background.
  • Advanced/Master's degree or professional certificate (CFA, CFP, MBA) desired.
  • Series 7, Series 63 or 66, and Clean U4/5 required.
  • Existing relationships primarily within the Wirehouse Wealth Management channels highly desired.
  • Working knowledge of SMA, UMA, mutual funds required.
  • Proactive phone work and proven track record of success in managing multi-state, multi-strategy sales territory required.
  • Face-to-face client meetings/presentations skills and experience required.
  • Knowledge-driven consultative sales process required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Discovery Database desired.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $225,000.00 to $250,000.00, plus commissions. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.
