Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
  2. Register patients and manage appointment check-ins, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Handle co-pay collections and provide receipts as required.
  4. Notify relevant staff of patient arrivals promptly.
  5. Maintain precise patient information within our database system.
  6. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  7. Scan and upload necessary documents into the electronic medical records system.
  8. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
  9. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support office operations.

Performance Expectations:

  • Demonstrate punctuality and a positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not essential.
