Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
- Register patients and manage appointment check-ins, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle co-pay collections and provide receipts as required.
- Notify relevant staff of patient arrivals promptly.
- Maintain precise patient information within our database system.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Scan and upload necessary documents into the electronic medical records system.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support office operations.
Performance Expectations:
- Demonstrate punctuality and a positive attitude in all interactions.
- Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not essential.
