Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at American Fitness Services LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating our day-to-day service operations, ensuring seamless communication with our technicians and customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate service dispatching and scheduling for our team of technicians
  • Manage office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Generate estimates and send them to customers
  • Check in parts and allocate them for technicians
  • Order parts from vendors
  • Fill out and submit warranty claim forms
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask with ease
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
