An exciting opportunity awaits to become a vital member of our Bar team aboard our prestigious Cunard vessels as a Bartender. Our Bartenders play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing outstanding service. Collaborating with a diverse and close-knit team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, while upholding our high standards of service.

To excel in this role, you should possess a thorough understanding of cocktails, beers, and wines, and be prepared to share your expertise with guests in a confident and professional manner. You will also be aware of your individual revenue goals, as well as those of the team, and will offer guidance and support to help achieve these objectives.

Flexibility is key as you adapt to each voyage, responding to guest feedback and making necessary adjustments. Your journey will commence with our esteemed White Star Training Academy, equipping you with the essential skills for a successful career.

To be considered for this outstanding position with Cunard, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender on a cruise ship or in a five-star hotel or bar.
  • WSET Level 2 in Wines and Spirits or an equivalent bar qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
