We are seeking Inventory Control Specialists to oversee the comprehensive supply and inventory management processes onboard. This role entails a significant focus on medium-term operational strategy, ensuring that the inventory team provides outstanding support to onboard operations by achieving or surpassing operational KPIs.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring, developing, and training team members to ensure an efficient and cost-effective inventory service is maintained.

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and utilizing KPIs to enhance team performance
  • Proven background in inventory oversight and stock management
  • Logistics experience is preferred, ideally within a large and intricate environment
  • Experience in managing and guiding a small team
  • Capability to collaborate with various departments and management as necessary
