Administrative Support Professional for Customer Experience

Allegiance Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional for Customer Experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative with Administrative Responsibilities, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, preparing product damage claims, and coordinating with third-party payroll companies.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer phone and email requests for technical information about products
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues such as timing of shipping and customization
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Prepare product damage claims and coordinate with insurance companies
- Coordinate with third-party payroll companies for hiring, firing, and salary increases
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy, including Excel, Word, Google Docs
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, written and oral
- Experience with logistics
- Ability to handle difficult customers or situations with professionalism and empathy
