Customer Service and Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administrative Specialist to join our team at Allegiance Staffing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in high-end product lines and a customer-oriented approach. As a Customer Service and Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer phone and email requests, collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer phone and email requests for technical information about products
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues such as timing of shipping and customization
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Administer HR-related tasks, including preparing product damage claims, coordinating with third-party payroll companies, and supervising changes in billing and pay rates
- Coordinate with insurance companies regarding certificates of insurance, scheduling inspections, and completing online audits
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy, including Excel, Word, Google Docs
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, written and oral
- Experience with logistics
- Ability to handle difficult customers or situations with professionalism and empathy
