About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive and supportive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families.
- Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address complex patient needs.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
- Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
- 3 C's (Certifications).
- Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.
