Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the recruitment and hiring process. This key position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, select, and onboard top talent that aligns with our firm's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize HRIS, recruitment, and marketing tools to identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Job Descriptions: Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date, compliant with local, state, and federal regulations, and effectively communicate the role's responsibilities and expectations.
  • Talent Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans, leveraging market knowledge and recruitment expertise to build a pipeline of candidates.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Design and implement an orientation program that sets new employees up for success, ensuring they understand firm policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our firm's brand, recruit top candidates, and develop initiatives to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize HRIS, policies, and procedures.
