Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in pool repair.
  • Willingness and capability to obtain the Residential Appliance Installers License (RAIL).
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial practices, codes, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and effectively handle challenging customer interactions.
  • Proficient in electronic communication and the use of various devices.
  • Capability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods, occasionally in extreme weather conditions.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the application.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose various maintenance issues, recommend repair options to clients, and execute the necessary repairs.
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and clients to ensure alignment throughout the service process.
  • Work alongside and mentor any assistants assigned to you.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with clients, colleagues, and supervisors at all times.
