Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced technicians to learn and assist in general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs for swimming pools.
- Gain skills in inspecting equipment and systems to identify issues.
- Refer to manuals or other resources as necessary.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure plumbing, electrical, and heating systems function effectively, under the guidance of a senior technician.
- Manage inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and swimming pool repair.
- Ability to interpret repair manuals.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Capable of following detailed instructions.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
- RAIL license or equivalent state certification is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, bending, and accessing tight spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
