Exciting Opportunity: Become a Swimming Pool Maintenance Specialist

First-year Earning Potential: $40,000 - $50,000 based on performance

SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $1,500 based on experience

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in pool maintenance.
  • Willingness to obtain a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
  • Familiarity with electronic communication tools and devices.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods, even in challenging weather conditions.
  • Capability to manage a designated number of pools each day.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to this application.

What You'll Do:
  • Clear debris from pool surfaces and floors, balance water chemicals, and maintain pool equipment to the highest standards.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and clients to provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday) // Hours: Varies based on the completion of the last job.
