Job Responsibilities

The Swimming Pool Maintenance Specialist is tasked with ensuring the efficient daily upkeep of clients' pools. This is a permanent, full-time position with guaranteed pay throughout the year, even during off-peak seasons. We provide all necessary resources to help you succeed, including training, certifications, a new vehicle, fuel reimbursement, tools, and a smartphone for personal use.

  • Perform cleaning of assigned pools, spas, and surrounding areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Inspect and assess swimming pools, decks, and mechanical systems to ensure safe operation and cleanliness, while identifying and reporting required repairs.
  • Maintain proper chemical levels, including pH and sanitizer, and balance water quality in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keep accurate records for reference and compliance purposes.
  • Address inquiries from clients and management regarding pool operations.
  • Stock service vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies for daily operations.
  • Service a designated route of approximately 55-60 pools each week.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
  • Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
  • Must have a clean driving record with no DWI or DUI offenses.

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols, manage hazardous materials, and maintain accurate records.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations and reading various manuals.
  • Capability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to fifty pounds, frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and working in varying weather conditions.
