Job Title: Client Experience Manager

Job Summary:

The Client Experience Manager is a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at Tourneau|Bucherer. This individual will oversee client experience initiatives, drive sales, and lead a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client experience strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Lead a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales objectives and provide exceptional customer service
  • Partner with management to ensure seamless execution of client experience initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experiences

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or service industries
  • At least 1-2+ years of previous management experience
  • Prior watch and fine jewelry experience is helpful but not required
  • Proven track record of delivering sales objectives and exceeding customer expectations
  • Exemplary level of integrity and professionalism at all times
  • Client-centric with a passion for creating experiential moments and driving sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and expert communicator
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

What We Offer:
