This is a challenging opportunity to work as an Account Support Specialist with TEKsystems. The role involves handling high-volume customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive support
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues through creative problem-solving

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, is essential. Additionally, the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour
