Customer Service Excellence:
Deliver outstanding service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
Facilitate the check-in process, ensuring that all guest requests are acknowledged and met
Assist guests with correspondence, including faxes, packages, and mail
Problem Resolution:
Actively work to resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
A strong commitment to customer service, as evidenced by our recognition in customer service excellence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor
Proficiency in using property management systems and a willingness to learn new technologies
The ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to a flexible work schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
