Customer Success Strategist

Rhythm Software is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our valued customers to ensure they derive maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic action plans to drive customer growth and retention.
- Formulate customer management plans to mitigate churn and secure ARR upside.
- Maintain accurate forecasts for in-month and future month performance.
- Engage customers through regular phone calls to ensure they are leveraging Rhythm's full potential.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review Rhythm's impact on customer organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve advanced technical requirements and customer inquiries.
- Define customer success metrics and develop plans to achieve them.
- Identify new opportunities for expanding customer usage of Rhythm's platform and professional services.
- Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- 2+ years of experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Proven track record of owning and driving customer relationships in a quota or retention-carrying role.
- Experience forecasting retention risk and executing mitigation strategies.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
