  • **Reporting and Analysis**: Maintain accurate reports for senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • **Operational Review**: Conduct regular reviews of warehouse and transportation operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • **Sales Performance**: Analyze sales levels to inform business decisions.
  • **Project Management**: Manage and prioritize projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • **Inventory Control**: Oversee all aspects of inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and management.
  • **Facility Maintenance**: Ensure the sanitation and physical condition of our warehouse, material handling equipment, and rolling stock.
  • **Repair and Maintenance**: Schedule and supervise repairs as needed to maintain equipment and facilities.
  • **Food Safety and Security**: Implement and maintain effective food safety and security protocols for our branch.
  • **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure the safety of departmental associates and visitors, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
  • **Salvage and Recovery**: Direct the salvage of products identified as damaged or spoiled.
  • **Union Relations**: Collaborate with union representatives to ensure effective communication and cooperation.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Associate's degree (A.A.) or 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • **Certification**: PCQI Certification required.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications.
