Job Summary

The Assistant Community Director is a key member of our team, responsible for assisting the Community Director with the day-to-day property operations and managing the asset to meet the client's expressed operational and financial goals. This role involves supervising on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Technicians, among others.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Director in overseeing property operations, including supervising staff and managing the asset to meet client goals.

• Supervise on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Technicians.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management.

• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a relatable field preferred but not required.

• Valid Driver's License, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance meeting State requirements, and an operable vehicle meeting FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, and internet.
