Job Title: Director of Operations

Geotemps, Inc. / Geopros, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to lead our team in Reno, NV. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage project completion by overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, implement best practices, and standards in construction and project management.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, including construction, project management, and operations staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, negotiating and managing contracts to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality results, monitoring and addressing any issues related to construction standards and safety.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the home building or construction industry (at least 5 years of Operations Management experience).
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, in-depth understanding of accounting principles, strategic planning, and vision for process improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $120,000-$150,000 plus performance bonus (compensation is commensurate with experience and education).
  • Benefits: Full-time position, on-site in Reno, NV, with a competitive benefits package.
