Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of system specifications, take-off drawings, and general material lists from customers.
  • Deliver precise estimates and pricing to clients promptly.
  • Follow up on orders and verify pricing levels throughout the order entry process.
  • Monitor actual versus estimated costs, ensuring pricing accuracy and making necessary adjustments.
  • Provide consultation, coordination, and support to customers, sales teams, and internal staff.
  • Maintain organized records of all order documents, correspondence, and project-specific information.
  • Establish a critical path and best practices for the timely processing of stock and modified projects.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and customer pricing requests.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently while maintaining focus.
  • Commitment to a safety-first approach in the workplace.
Physical Requirements:
  • Primarily operates in an office environment with a controlled climate.
  • Ability to perform light manual tasks at a computer/telephone workstation.
  • Some responsibilities may require exposure to a plant environment with moderate to high noise levels and varying climate conditions.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Occasional lifting, bending, twisting, walking, and reaching may be necessary.
