Sales Director

Lifespace Communities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to drive sales productivity, census, and occupancy for our assisted living, health centers, and memory care communities. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and mentoring Sales Directors and admissions teams to achieve performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company-wide sales and move-in training curriculum and systems protocols.
- Participate in sales presentations and callouts with sales and move-ins for the purpose of coaching and monitoring performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of community external business development outreach programs to increase referrals.
- Manage the different healthcare payor sources, including Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMOs, and private pays; correlate the implication of each payor source to the revenue model at each respective community and Lifespace.
- Lead the development and implementation of occupancy improvement action plans for struggling properties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ten to twelve years CCRC sales experience
