Job Title: National Accounts Manager

Perdue Farms, a family-owned company, is seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sales activities in a specified account base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a national account sales plan to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage people, goal setting, and measurement to attain specified positive results
  • Establish processes for the sales team, including fact-based selling and utilization of the customer database
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to drive business results
  • Travel to plant facilities, innovation centers, and market areas to stay abreast of the marketplace and support business initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • 10+ years of related work experience, with 3-5 years of Costco experience
  • Strong reading, writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Prior supervisory/management experience, including managing, recruiting, and evaluating sales associates
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
