About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Strategic Omnichannel Director at Kuraray America, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive omnichannel strategy to drive business growth and profitability across our e-commerce and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic omnichannel plan to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee the planning and execution of e-commerce marketing activities, including merchandising, content management, promotional strategy, analytics, advertising, SEM, and SEO
  • Lead the development and execution of a Gift Box business strategy, including packaging solutions and logistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives and drive business growth
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive competitive advantage
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a strategic e-commerce role and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven track record of business planning and successfully implementing e-commerce strategy at a large scale
  • Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to the continued growth of the organization
  • Broad knowledge and practical experience with e-commerce technologies
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to communicate well with the public and experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with management, vendors, and co-workers

The pay range for this position is between $250,000 - $350,000 per annum and is eligible for a bonus program.
