Account Growth Manager

About the Role
Coviance is seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Manager to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in selling our SaaS technology solutions into the banking and credit union space. This role requires self-sourcing leads, delivering product demos, negotiating proposals, managing contracts, and ensuring seamless post-sale handoffs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities through industry events, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Conducting full product demonstrations to showcase Coviance's SaaS solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiating proposals to secure deals while customizing terms to meet client needs.
- Managing the contracts process from initial discussions to final agreement.
- Collaborating with onboarding and relationship managers to ensure smooth account transitions post-sale.
- Attending banking industry conventions and engaging in strategic networking to build relationships and expand the client base.
- Utilizing cold calling strategies when necessary to reach key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Identifying and prioritizing high-activity, strategic prospecting efforts for sales growth.
- Comfortably leading discussions with C-suite executives to understand their challenges, present solutions, and close deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (desired but not mandatory).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling SaaS technology solutions into the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the banking and credit union space, including industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to industry events and client meetings as needed.
- Comfortable leading discussions with C-suite executives and building strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
