Position Title: Human Resources Assistant

Role Overview:

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed efficiently.
  • Act as a resource for both internal and external HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital and electronic employee records to ensure data integrity.
  • Serve as the primary contact for benefit vendors and administrators, managing communications effectively.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment contracts.
  • Manage the calendars of the HR management team, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefits documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support performance management processes by assisting in the evaluation and feedback procedures.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain organized agendas.
  • Organize training sessions and seminars to enhance employee development.
  • Conduct orientations for new staff and ensure their records are updated promptly.

Employment Type: This is a contract position.

Work Environment: This role offers flexible hours, typically requiring 4-6 hours of work daily, in a supportive and traditional environment.
