Front Office Specialist Position

Company Overview: Quick Visit Urgent Care is a prominent healthcare provider in Washington, Iowa, committed to offering exceptional patient services in both urgent and primary care environments. We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Specialist to enhance our operations on a PRN basis.

Primary Duties:

  • Greet patients warmly and efficiently
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Inform patients about wait times and subsequent procedures
  • Confirm insurance details and ensure accurate data entry
  • Maintain an organized and meticulous workspace
  • Provide assistance during emergencies and critical situations
  • Ensure examination rooms are well-stocked and orderly

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred experience includes 2 years in customer service

Work Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts, including both weekdays and weekends
