Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Client Relations Specialist is to enhance and drive sales through effective communication and relationship management. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound communications with clients, ensuring that all interactions are handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business in alignment with the ethical standards and conduct guidelines of the organization.
  • Initiate regular outreach to designated clients and maintain detailed records in the customer relationship management system.
  • Facilitate new and repeat sales by delivering timely product and technical information to clients.
  • Assess client needs and expectations to recommend tailored products and solutions.
  • Employ effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, as appropriate.
  • Present pricing, credit options, and terms in accordance with established procedures.
  • Process client transactions accurately, including orders, quotes, and returns.
  • Occasionally travel to designated areas to cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Educate clients on product features and benefits to enhance sales and satisfaction.
  • Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Stay informed on market trends, local regulations, and product advancements through continuous learning opportunities.
  • Identify and analyze trends in client satisfaction.
  • Promote a collaborative and positive work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service acumen.
  • Familiarity with sales processes.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.

Education:

A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in sales or customer service, particularly in a related industry, is advantageous.

Work Environment:

This position primarily involves a stationary role, with occasional travel as necessary.
