Position Overview

Are you an expert in sensory analysis seeking to collaborate with top-tier FMCG brands? If you possess sensory expertise and are located in the USA, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

We are in search of experienced sensory professionals with 2-4 years of relevant background to take on the role of Sensory Panel Leaders throughout the USA. However, we encourage candidates with varying levels of sensory experience to consider applying.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sensory Panel Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of panel sessions and assisting in their daily management. Your duties will include leading panel discussions, crafting proposals, and preparing client reports with precision.

For those with more extensive experience, you will guide sensory projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs through effective research design, panel session organization, sensory moderation, and performance analysis.

Collaboration is essential in this role; you will work closely with local sensory teams and HR to recruit and train new panelists, ensuring optimal panel sizes. Additionally, you will liaise with the client's internal sensory scientists.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in sensory panel leadership (ideally 2-4 years).
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Sensory Science, or Food Technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; training will be provided for specific software.
  • A genuine passion for Sensory Science and a desire for new challenges.
