Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Reformation is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our wholesale sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow and maximize our wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales revenue targets
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with department store buying teams and store management
  • Analyze and recap business weekly to maximize door and product opportunities
  • Prepare for appointments with detailed market prep and strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify successes and missed opportunities
  • Provide in-season feedback on the competitive landscape and product opportunities
  • Lead in-store product training for store associates
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales in the contemporary market
  • Must have worked with department stores in a sales role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
