Job OverviewThe Senior Account Executive, Federal Sales will be responsible for calling on C-Suite and Executive-level decision makers at Federal Government agencies and qualified organizations to sell products and services and gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. This role requires meeting and exceeding sales objectives by acquiring targeted strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and manage entire sales cycle and detailed account strategy working cross-functionally with experience in negotiating contract terms and legal team collaboration
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the market position for Federal Government Accounts. Builds and maintains positive relationships with senior executives, key decision makers, and influencers and technical experts within designated accounts.
- Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Business Sales Experience - An established record of sales opportunity wins within the Federal Government preferred (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Prior wireless experience (Preferred)
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
