Land Acquisition Manager

As a key member of our home building team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing prime land purchase locations for our communities. Your expertise in land acquisition, negotiation, and analysis will be crucial in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to complete land feasibility studies
  • Negotiate directly with land owners to secure prime sites at the best price
  • Provide accurate timing for proposed development analysis
  • Work with the development team to ensure efficient use of land and cost-effective completion of a finished lot
  • Understand and oversee site development, including local zoning, planning, and pricing
  • Monitor competitive local home building and prices with the marketing team
  • Arrange lot development
  • Represent NVR in the local community
Requirements:
  • 4-10 years of successful land acquisition experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Real Estate finance experience
  • Skilled in land deal structuring
  • Background in land planning, zoning, law, and real estate
  • Homebuilding industry experience, a plus
