Position Overview

We are in search of our inaugural Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is initially a contract position, and while we operate in-office five days a week, we are open to considering candidates for both in-person and remote work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the co-founders and the CTO to devise and implement our recruiting strategy.
  • Manage the hiring process across various departments including engineering, research, product, and operations.
  • Provide regular updates to the team regarding recruitment progress.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, particularly within startup environments. You should have a proven track record in sourcing and securing candidates for technical roles, including the ability to attract talent from major tech firms.
