Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Foundation Academies. As a key member of our Home Office Team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment searches for instructional and non-instructional positions, ensuring a positive and equitable experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and successfully managing full-cycle searches to close roles within 3-4 months.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase hiring process efficiency and efficacy at each stage, including application review, candidate tracking, and communication.
  • Manage high-volume recruiting projects, ensuring timely and successful hiring of roles with a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse pool of qualified talent for future and current openings through outreach and cultivation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within our applicant tracking system, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Analyze recruitment data to inform strategic decisions and improve recruitment processes.
  • Develop process documentation, best practices resources, and management training for talent acquisition systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of work experience, with experience in education preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, leading searches independently
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse Recruiter
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project execution skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all levels across an organization and externally
  • Excellent data analysis and research skills
