We are seeking a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Home Office Team.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM

Compensation

$55,000 - $74,500

Key Responsibilities and Competencies

Talent Acquisition (40-70%; peak recruiting season is December-August)

  • Lead recruitment efforts for both instructional and non-instructional roles, ensuring a positive and equitable experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers by providing expert talent acquisition guidance and effectively managing the full recruitment cycle to close roles within 3-4 months.
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process at each stage: application review, candidate tracking, communication, phone interviews, and interview scheduling.
  • Oversee high-volume recruitment projects to ensure timely hiring while maintaining a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Implement outreach strategies to cultivate a diverse pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in our Greenhouse applicant tracking system, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
  • Regularly analyze recruitment data to make informed strategic decisions independently and collaboratively.
  • Create documentation of processes, best practices, and training materials for talent acquisition systems.
  • Engage in strategic discussions regarding recruitment initiatives to enhance FA's outreach and selection processes.

Talent Acquisition Operations (20%)

  • Manage FA's employer brand as a preferred workplace by overseeing FA's LinkedIn account, including the LinkedIn Recruiter Account and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate FA's referral bonus program to incentivize and reward employee referrals.
  • Monitor the team's utilization of Greenhouse features to suggest and implement workflow improvements for enhanced efficiency and data collection.

Talent Management (10-40%)

  • Assist in researching best practices in talent management (promotions, compensation, wellness) to collaborate with the Director of Talent Recruitment on proposals and implementation.
  • Work with the Director of Recruitment to draft and refine process documentation and trackers for key talent management processes, ensuring accessibility for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience; experience in the education sector is advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, independently leading searches.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse Recruiter is preferred.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong attention to detail, along with proven organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization and externally.
  • Proficient in data analysis and research.

Additional Documentation Required

  • Semifinalist candidates will need to provide unofficial transcripts, proof of certification/eligibility, and three professional references.
  • Hired candidates must submit official transcripts, complete criminal clearance (fingerprinting), and medical clearance (TB/Mantoux testing).
