About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Filtration Sales Specialist to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving territory growth, expanding direct sales, and establishing professional relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to sales strategies and account plans, working closely with the core account team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet business targets, focusing on Filtration Consumables and surrounding single-use designs within the territory.
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting technical customer relationships, providing high-level technical expertise and support.
  • Lead technical and process-related discussions with customer Subject Matter Experts, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Manage leads and prospects using customer relationship management software, developing a sales funnel to meet business targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with filtration and downstream processing.
  • Customer focus, delivering customer-centric solutions to meet current and anticipated needs.
  • Plan to Action, prioritizing options and translating intentions into plans and sustainable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial sales process experience, preferably in the Biotechnology industry.
  • Cross-selling, upselling, value positioning, and funnel management experience.
